Once aged for at least two years, we use a non-chill filtration technique developed by Standard Proof to give the whiskey a consistent purity and form. After allowing it to rest and settle, we carefully test and bottle the finished Straight Rye at 80-proof strength before sending it straight to your home or finer retail partners everywhere.
