The Ingredients

We start with our Straight Rye whiskey with a mash bill of 51% rye, 44% corn, and 5% malted barley and age in new American oak barrels for a minimum of two years. To craft Honeysuckle Rye’s signature taste, we infuse our Straight Rye with natural honeysuckle nectar. This infusion process lasts for 10 weeks and is finished after another final filtration through our unique processes. The Straight Rye Whiskey gives the perfect midpalate spice to balance the fresh Honeysuckle nose and smooth finish for a uniquely balanced spirit without too much sweetness.
